Do Not Track,Global Privacy Control,owner preview,local preview and recognized automation override Allow. Session-storage keys deduplicate each fixed event/category combination in this tab;no visitor identifier is created. Storage failure falls back to memory,so reloads may count again. The server stores only daily event totals;rate-limit addresses are temporary memory and never enter the counter database.
