Fulfillment and return sources
- Returns source
Published policy permits applying within30 days after delivery for unused original-packaging returns with proof and prior authorization. Customer-reason shipping is paid by customer; merchant-reason damage/incorrect-item shipping is handled differently. Exact eligibility still requires confirmation.
- Fulfillment source
Published US free-shipping statement excludes named noncontiguous destinations/territories. Preparation and transit estimates are separate; no exact delivery date or destination quote was checked.
Known gaps
- Other regional/older policy pages differ; selected US policy is only the reviewed context
- No exact-order delivery, fulfillment test or reputation rating
No merchant quality score, tested fulfillment or site-specific affiliate approval is implied. Installer directories, where present, do not verify a particular installer’s suitability.
